He'd woken up with a headache that...for some reason, wouldn't go away. Peter found himself unable to shock anything, too. It couldn't be because the blond wasn't near, right? No, he'd used it before, without her. Obviously they had given him something again, and it wasn't sitting well on his empty stomach. Peter clutched at his mid-section as it rumbled unhappily, drawing his knees up to his chest like a child. He missed Caitlin, but only for the familiarity she had symbolized. It was back to square one here in his bland, cold cage.
