Right now I’m a senior in high school, looking forward to trying to be an adult next year, and I work as a waitress in a Mexican restaurant. My family is important to me, and my friends are my world and mean everything to me. I want to major in history and teach high school, even though I have a secret desire to own my own catering company/party planning business someday. I love kids and people. I never shut up. I play piano and have for the last 12 years. I sew and knit obsessively, and I blog about it. Myspace is awesome.

Favorite TV Show: Law & Order SVU, House, Wife Swap, What Not to Wear, LA Ink, Miami Ink, and my new obsession is Gossip Girl. I own all the seasons of Gilmore Girls, and I love the Food Network. I don’t actually watch a ton of TV every week, usually between five and ten hours.
Favorite Movie: First Wives Club, The Little Mermaid, anything with Robbin Williams
Favorite Books: Anything by Nicholas Sparks. Born Confused, Wicked, the bible, Emily Dickenson…I read a ton, and I love to get lost in a good story.

How long have you been penpalling? I used to have a penpal for school when I was in third grade, and then some in middle school, but nobody I really keep in touch with unfortunately.

How many do you want? As many that catch my interest
How long are your letters? Oh, pretty long. I can talk forever. It depends on my mood too, so expect variety.
Do you type or handwrite? It depends! I type fast and love to use clipart and quirky fonts, but I know how everybody loves to send and receive handwritten letters too. Honestly it totally depends on my mood and what I’m writing about
Do you like sending gifts with your letters? Yes :]
Usually how long does it take you to reply a letter? Within a week if not faster. I like to write.
What age would you like your penpal to be? I don’t care really as long as we have common interests and can get along.
