R.I.P. TV

The television set in the playroom died last night from old age.

Well, I'm told it happened last night. I went to watch some Food Network (like always) this morning and I turn on the TV and it starts sounding like a bowl of Rice Krispies, snapping and popping and crackling at me... I got scared. So I ran upstairs yelling for my mom. And then I get yelled at for not knowing the unfortunate series of events.

Haha. That's so not funny.

But this explains why my parents are looking for a new television. I think we will put the one from the upstairs down in the playroom and buy a nice new fancy one for the Family Room. Oooh...I just hope it's non-reflective or whatever, because you can see the lights from the dining room in the TV and it really gets on my nerves.

Wow, I never realized I could write this much about television. How sad.

Oh, and on another note, I hate the cast-iron skillet we have. I smoked up the kitchen really bad this morning trying to cook breakfast (we seriously need to go to the store and get more cereal so us girls have something to eat in the morning besides my dad's FIBER ONE junk...eww...).

Auditions for The Outsiders are tomorrow, and even though I'm not auditioning, I'm going with Patrick to watch the rest of the gang do their thing. It will be fun though, and I'll get to see more of Nikita's pictures from Florida.

Adam said I'm a keeper. I'm still estatic about that. And I can't stop laughing about my being a female version of Patrick. That's so funny, but I think it might be a good thing as well as a bad thing. I don't know yet, but I'm glad his friends like me. That makes me happy.

And now I'm rambling. I need to find something to do...

Later all.
