Our (finally complete) team completed the journey to Sound quickly. The original plan to retrieve Sakura-san had to be tossed because reinforcements were waiting for us as we arrived.
They knew we were coming, I thought, cursing under my breath.
Before I could gather my team to formulate a new plan, I noticed a familiar blur of blue and black speeding toward the Kaguya boy.
"Isn't that Uchiha Sasuke?" asked Genma, gesturing with his thumb.
"What the hell -- "
"You should be more worried about me, Shizune-san." All at once I was confronted with the benevolent smile of Yakushi Kabuto. "Let the games begin."
