So, the night I posted about starting a diet and documenting it here, my husband bought me a monthly pass to weight watchers! It's my 3rd day...I can tell you that following ACTUAL serving sizes on the packages of most products is bullshit. 3/4 of a cup of cereal?! That is like a third of a bowl of cereal to me!
Yesterday at work, I was STARVING.
Went out to eat with a friend this morning.
My usual breakfast at this particular diner is a delightful conglomeration of english muffin, topped with sausage and scrambled eggs and then smothered in queso. YUM.
Today, I had a breakfast taco with scrambled eggs, spinach, tomato and black beans, and I did not eat the tortilla, just the innards. Also, I did not have any cream or milk in my coffee. It was kind of bitter and gross, but I managed to get down 2 cups.
Going to the grocery store to get some healthy, low fat snacks to eat on the run and keep in my purse. Normally, to stay awake in my long, boring lecture classes, I have a Dr Pepper and some M&M peanuts. Tonight, I will try some almonds or granola instead...maybe some banana chips.
