I just made some quick-fudge from stuff I already had in the cupboard
I licked the spoon after I poured it into the wax-paper lined pan and it was delicious
When it is set up in the fridge, I will slice it up and take photos
Here's the recipe if you want to try it out:
One can of frosting (whatever flavor you want)
One bag of chips (chocolate, white, butterscotch, peanut butter...whatever goes with your frosting)
Add-ins (nuts, diced candied fruit, crushed oreos, etc)
Melt the first 2 over a double boiler or over very low heat in a small non-stick pot
Stir continuously with rubber spatula
Add extra ingredients
Pour into 8 x 8 " pan lined with wax paper
refrigerate until set up
Mine is Vanilla frosting, white chocloate chips, half a small bag of coconut and 1/4 cup of hazelnuts.
