Vet Tech Buddies
My friends Megan, Kaylyn and I were walking out to the parking lot after class today.

Kaylyn: Man, I swear every time I walk out these doors I smell newborn kittens.
Me: ...What?
Kaylyn: It smells like newborn kittens!
Me: All I smell are the bushes, and I've smelled newborn kittens and they do not smell like pine.
Kaylyn: It's just got that newborn kitten smell.
Me: Um, okay.
Kaylyn: Growing up we had these same bushes at the front of our house and the kittens would always be born under them, so maybe that's why I think they smell like kittens.
Megan: Oh yeah, so it's like a memory thing. You're associating the smell of the pine bushes with newborn kittens.
Kaylyn: Yeah, I guess so.
Megan: That's funny. I bet you just walk out here every day and are like "Ahh, newborn kittens."
Kaylyn: Shut up.
Me: I'm going to go out and buy a newborn kitten scented candle.
Megan: Hahaha!
Kaylyn: I'm going to cut you.
