update
I had an incredible time with Andy in New Mexico. I've decided that I'll move out there by the end of July at the absolute latest. Really, why wait? I can get things done and get out there and hopefully have time to spend with him before moving to Albuquerque to start that job. Think positively and good things happen, but I'm feeling good about my chances for the morning show job. It does me no good to think negatively about it. At the least, it's time to get moving on all the packing, cleaning, and throwing things away that needs to be done...
I gave my notice at work today. That actually went well, although they now have 3 weeks to think of ways to work me to death.
I got stuck in hockey traffic on the way home, and am currently watching the game. Now would be a great time to have a bigger TV and an adult beverage. I can do something about one of those right now.
I'll do some work from home and go through more pictures, since they're here in the living room and maybe I can finish that tonight. That'll end up being an entire garbage bag full of bad photos and developed roll holders that won't need to move with me.
Have I mentioned lately just how happy I am? I have a lot of stress but there's a lot of good things on the other side of all this stress. I just have to make it happen and get my stuff done and it'll all work out.
