I'll stop the world and.... start on my to-do list
I was able to slow down a bit today... and had most of the day off from work. Only went in to cover a short commissioners' meeting, dump audio and then go home. I feel like I need to pause time so I can sleep, take care of some things on the wedding list, and get 10 hours of sleep before I'm ready to face tomorrow. I've got no choice in the matter.
I also tried to make bread again and this time it was a miserable failure. Andy said it was still tasty but I can't get the altitude/rising dough thing right. It won't rise enough so it's heavy, compressed bread. Not what I had in mind.
