Facebook Bail
Well, I quit Facebook. Not entirely, as I will still use it to broadcast some messages that might benefit other people and useful ways (such as when I release my apps or videos)
But I just couldn't stand the neverending stream of mundane banality anymore. They call it a "social" network and people act as if it is just like what they used to do, hanging out and shooting the shit.
But I can't recall the last time I spent a REAL social gathering where we sat there looking at piss-poor quality photos of what we just ate for lunch.
Not that I expect to get back into LJ, because it's now even more of a wasteland than FB. Nope, looks like I will simply be "Internet Antisocial." The more I'm interacting with people online, the more I begin to lose hope for humanity.
Ah well. I truly expect my life to improve because of this move.
