Reflections on the last three days
First off, like any American I am furious at the chicken shit SOBs that bombed the marathon. My professional wag is 1-3 white supremacists picking an international event usually won by Africans. I don't think it's a coincidence that the bombs were placed by the flags. Also kudos to Boston for shutting down the T. It would be a natural secondary location for second stage bombs. If they hadn't shut it down it would have been packed down there and if another bomb went off the crowd would have been buried.
It seems trivial now to talk about anything else, but I would like to mention attending the ordination of the Reverend Justin Martin. He's the RE director for my church and we worked with him when we were youth advisors.
