As far as the work/personal relationship thing goes, I totally know how that feels. I've been working overtime at home and it just sucks, especially if the other housemate(s) don't understand that work is work and needs to be done. :\

But, once you get a routine down and set working hours, it helps a bit and those personal relationships get better again. :)
