Hello everyone! I thought I would put a real update in here. Things have been very crazy lately. Work is going well for the most part. I don't particularly care for one of the people that I work with because she thinks she's pretty much better than everyone else. I did something to 'her' rooms the other day and she was like 'Well, I put all those throat cultures back.' Ok...would someone like to explain why we need 50...yes 50 throat cultures in our work comp rooms? We don't need 50 cultures in ANY room, let alone the least used rooms in the building. I don't want to piss her off though because she keeps buying Pampered Chef from me, and that's a good thing. Ok done venting about work. *wipes brow* I feel better now.
School is going very well. Got a 96% on my last test! *dances* GO ME! I have 2 tests when I go back to school from Spring Break (which I am currently on). Oh yeah, we go back to school on March 6...I'm so thrilled to take a test on my birthday, and on the day after, which means no heavy partying. Damn...Not that it would actually happen anyways.
I have 2 shows going right now for my Pampered Chef. It's getting better, but I still need more takers. I'm going to offer an incentive for referals. Hey
flitterflutter, how about your friend who is getting married? Wanna do some research and see if she is interested? It will be fun and easy! Wow, I just realized how pathetic I am. Ok, I'll behave...for now *evil smirk*
My little Spot hurt her leg. I just got new pictures of my babies so I'm going to attempt to teach myself how to upload pictures for all to see on here. I want to show off my little baby dragons. They are so cute! Anyways, she's not pregnant like we previously thought. But the vet seems to think that Fred may have bit her leg while trying to mate, which is why her leg is swollen and she doesn't really want to use it. I had both of them out of ther cage today and Fred of course start to try and mate with her again (the waving and bobbing of the head ritual) and she took off at a full run across the living room at full sprint. She was using all 4 legs, which she hasn't done in a long time. So it seems to be getting better.
Speaking of Sprint...I'm still working off my Bitch Points from my lenghtly conversation with them the other night. I think after I got off the phone with that poor lady she cried. I was pretty mean, but let me tell you, I get sick of trying to deal with those stupid people because they can't seem to get my Autopayment set up correctly. Not my issue. It really isn't. So don't call my house and get an attitude with me because your company screwed up. After I got off the phone, I just started laughing. Over all, it was pretty funny though. But I did ruin her day. Oh well.
And on the pregnant note, I found out that one of my friends is expecting! I'm so happy for her! Her and her husband had been trying and they are finally pregnant! So far Mom is doing well. I started knitting her a blanket for the young one. I'm through my first skein of yarn, and I think I have a blanket 42" x 5.5". Yeah, this one is going to take a lot of yarn. It's cool though. Totally worth it becuase they are going to be great parents.
I finally fixed my hair. I got some color in it instead of the nasty washed out color I had before. It was purple for a few days, but now that the color has calmed down, it's a very nice auburn red tone. The bottom layer of my hair is pretty much my natural color, and I have the real thing blond highlights on the top of my head. It took a couple days to get used to it, but now I absolutely love it! It's beautiful! I guess perhaps I should update my LJ pic...since that was like 3 or 4 years ago back when it was all still blond? I'll contemplate. Because I look damn good in that pic and I don't know if I'll be able to take another good pic like that again.
Well, I guess that's a good update. I am supposed to be getting ready to go to Walmart with Momm. But she's sleeping on the couch, so I thought I would let her sleep for a bit. I'll go get my homework out until she wakes up. Ok off to the books again for me!
