Wow, there's alot of news pouring in today, the first day of April. So let's go through them one by one:
1. Johnny's & Associates to splinter, rename to Showa Super-Sta Company and Heisei Super-Sta Company.
Johnny's announced today that they are going to be split into two companies, each exclusively managing only Heisei-era and Showa-era born people. Hence, Johnny's Jrs will now be renamed Little Heisei, while Hey!Say!JUMP will be the only group currently under Heisei Super-Sta. The new manager of this company is (surprise, surprise) Takizawa Hideaki, of Tackey and Tsubasa (which belongs under Showa Super-Sta). Until now, no other changes is announced, but it is expected that several more Little Heisei groups will debut soon so that Heisei Super-Sta has a more sustainable financial portfolio.
2. Hey!Say!JUMP adds 11th member
As Hey!Say!JUMP members complain about how tired they are juggling between school and work, Heisei Super-Sta Company today announced that Hey!Say!JUMP will add a 11th member, former Little Heisei Kyomoto Taiga. Kyomoto will be playing the role of the one that is everyone, in the sense that Kyomoto will not be given a special part in songs, but he can replace any one member shall their schedule gets busy or they are too exhausted that they cannot attend a performance. In addition, Morimoto Shintaro, JUMP member Morimoto Ryutaro's brother, is now officially the "JUMP dancer", which means he is the official dancer for Hey!Say!JUMP and will backdance for them in every one of their performances.
3. More JUMP goodness!
The new Heisei Super-Sta Company, in order to increase their portfolio, also announced a new TV channel: HeiseiTV. The channel will feature only Heisei Super-Sta company produced shows, which can only contain Heisei-era born people. As of now, here is the known tentative daily schedule:
0600-0630 - Hey!Say!Exercise with Okamoto Keito!
0630-0730 - Hey!Say!News morning edition
0730-0735 - Hey!Say!Fact of the day!
0735-0830 - Hey!Say!Talk with Arioka Daiki and Takaki Yuya
0830-1200 - (Programming differs by days)
1200-1300 - Hey!Say!Lunch with Morimoto Ryutaro and Chinen Yuuri
1300-1400 - Hey!Say!Sports with Yabu Kota
1400-1800 - Hey!Say!Music (the newly remodeled Heisei Club, replacement for Shounen Club will air within this time slot)
1800-1900 - Hey!Say!Games with Inoo Kei and Yaotome Hikaru
1900-2000 - Hey!Say!News evening edition
2000-2200 - Hey!Say!Drama (This will feature new drama series featuring Heisei Super-Sta members, and is the only program on this channel which allows for non-Heisei-era people to appear in)
2200-2300 - Hey!Say!JUMP Showcase
2300-0000 - Hey!Say!Late Night with Yamada Ryosuke and Nakajima Yuto
0000-0200 - Hey!Say!Commercials
0200 - End of broadcast

4. Akaru (that's me!) to join Heisei Super-Sta Company
Today I've received a mail from Heisei Super-Sta Company, with a 10 year contract to sign to be managed by Heisei Super-Sta Company. I'm still considering it but as of now it's probably an all-go. Apparently JUMP member and my friend Morimoto Ryutaro threatened the management to sign me or else he'll quit, so Heisei Super-Sta conceded. As to what role I will play, that is still unsure and will be discussed further soo, but this promotion should begin after I finish my exams in June.
That's all I have for today for now! I'm sooooo excited about all this!
