[it's another late entry, but she's yelping for an entirely different reason. Anyone who knows about the keese will hear the noises they make in the background, and one's been scratching at her for some time now, hene her reaction. A frustrated groan punctuates the annoying sound, and Chidori sounds quite exasperated--if not a little ...unhinged due to the situation, her usual even tone disrupted with a sharp, not yet shrill edge--in her questioning]
Is there any easier way to kill these bats?
(OOC: basically, her hatchet does not make for a good weapon in hitting the tiny things and nailing them down. Anyone in Horton can feel free to commentlog investigating what the hell she's doing, as at this point she's probably making a small racket--or if they want the keese all to themselves. Everyone's getting desperate over food, after all ;D)
