Hmm ... why does it say "you've already signed this petition" when I click on the link?

Because the programmers of that site suck and can only see very limited use cases.

I've updated that link to a different one that probably won't work. And if you make an account there is an ongoing issue where it won't let you sign the petition until you have logged out and back in a few times. The idea is great, the tech leaves me rubbing my forehead in disappointment.
