Yeah. I guess an update is in order.
Work is finally starting to slow down a little bit. Last week was the first week I didn't work 50 hours in a month. My boss is finally putting her foot down and making some of my coworkers do some more work. They're starting to bitch a little bit but they're not getting any sympathy from me.
Rehearsed yesterday at Carlisle in the snow - so we let the kids go at 6 and then Prato, Brophy, Gut, Kristen, and I helped paint the floor. It's pretty nice - it'll make its official debut at New Oxford next Saturday.
Speaking of the snow - it's still snowing here - I was supposed to visit my mom today but I don't forsee that happening. I guess I better do my laundry instead. Maybe clean up the living room a little. It looks kind of bad.
Lots of drastic changes in my life this week. Cut my hair and got bangs and gave up two other things I really don't have the time or the patience to deal with anymore.
I'm also discovering how much I really enjoy my Carlisle staff and the drumline staff at Mechanicsburg. I usually go out on Thursday nights w/the Mechanicsburg staff for wings - me and 4 guys. Hysterical. 3 of them - Jeff, Chris, and Brian - are three of my favorite people in the world. They constantly make me laugh and I totally enjoy their company. :)
