Given the last scene reveal, does this mean that the Evil Queen and Hook are never going to become bffs? Because the writers missed a trick there. The could spend their time lamenting about how they lost the love of their lives, compare notes on taking out their anger on children and share eye-liner tips. Hell, it could be a spin-off: super hot

This is just speculation, but I'm guessing that with Jefferson in the episode, that portal jumping will be involved and what will happen is that Frankenstein doesn't actually live in the Enchanted Forest with the Grimm/Disney characters, he lives in something along the lines of pre-War sci-fi world or steampunk world and he's visited by Regina and Jefferson there.

But yeah, Lancelot being there is a bit odd. Unless there's also some kind of Arthurian Legend world and he's portal travelled. But the writers have given themselves the ultimate excuse to include any fictional character that's public domain or that they can get the rights to with that big corridor full or doors to other fictional worlds in the Mad Hatter/Wonderland episode last season. Presumably go through one of those doors and you could end up in Wonderland, or Neverland, or Narnia, or Hogwarts, or Middle Earth, or Westeros, or on the planet Vulcan. So in a way, it kind of makes sense in that they've established there's multiple fictional universes all connected that can be travelled between.
