Starved For Intelligent Conversation
There was so much to learn from them. I had just barely begun to translate their dialect and felt I was really getting somewhere when they abruptly disappeared as all beneficial things do in this miserable place. It's been such a long time since I've conversed with any sort of telepathic being and their hive mind is completely unique, unlike anything I've experienced. I wish they'd stayed longer. There was so much I wished to ask them. Alas, the mansion continues to thwart any attempt to gain knowledge.
