Las Vegas Costume Party
The party went fabulously. When I get photos, I'll post them, but I'm not sure how they'll turn out -- the costume is so shiny, and it was dark, so I'm afraid the flash will bounce off my costume making me one huge fireball. Still, the cloak was silver/black, and furry/shiny -- which made me *VERY* popular.
Sadly, it'll probably be another month -- flickr seems to have a monthly upload policy, and tragically, I used all my space on pictures of my garden. ( http://www.flickr.com/photos/40332046@N00/ ) My garden is still very ragged -- it'll be three years before the rest of the plots look like the mailbox garden. But, I found pictures from 2004, and those look *HORRIBLE*, so every year is more progress. And, since this year is the first year I've gotten homemade strawberries, I'm happy. (Yes, I know that two years from now, I'll be cursing strawberries uncontrollably).
