But this is not a post about that! Nay, this is something else entirely.
I do this thing where with OTPs and even just ships in general, I try to imagine them in both romantic and aromantic situations. Like, okay, this ship maybe doesn't "ship", but platonic relationships are just as wonderful (sometimes moreso, because instead of focusing on the ~romance~ its all about mutual respect and affection without the draw of physical pleasure).
My OTP to end all OTPs is Gokudera and Tsuna because they can go either way so easily. You can read into their relationship, or you can just enjoy it as it is. (This is actually true of most ships in KHR. 8059 might not be an OTP of mine, but I can definitely see why people like it and enjoy it as such.) The thing that makes me sad about 5927 is that--however I'm looking at them--I always tend to start leaning towards the angsty/sad/depression side of things (there are many such sides of 5927) and then I get sad. Point being that most of my writing for them is derpy/sexy/kind of OOC because I like to avoid the sad and angst as much as possible since there is so much in my head.
