R.I.P. Broomhilda
Tonight is marked by tragedy. Broomhilda, the faithful alto mascot, was found decapitated and blinded in the choir room late Tuesday evening. Although the vandals escaped the scene before anyone could identify them, two important clues remained. There was a large "S" displayed by yellow tacks on the bulletin board and the "sopranos" had just been having sectional. Authorities can only suspect the soprano section, as they are the obvious perpetrators. One alto had this to say after viewing the crime scene, "Bitches!" Another commented, "Payback is a bitch." In light of this sudden tragedy, the altos will be mourning the loss by wearing all black tomorrow, Wednesday September 14th. We encourage any of you who knew Broomhilda to also participate.
