With the weather being cooler (I realize that is a euphemism) you may want to increase your physical activity level (accounting for weather, health, doctors advice) to help work off stress. When I had been unemployed for two years I was walking 2 miles a day (@ 4mph) to help control my stress load.
Is there any advice you can get from the experienced guys out there? They may have ways of manging/controlling stress that they are willing to share.
My only comment is that it sounds like you have a fairly high stress load that has limited ways of getting bled off. Find a way to work off stress, preferably not work related (that just compounds the issue for later). My only advice on it is: find something (walking, running, push ups, ditch digging, bird watching, catch with a baseball) in order to work off the excess energy.
Otherwise you will go stir crazy if you haven't gotten there already.
Go find a way to play.
