Red isn't just death! Its also a command uniform. And this particular uniform definitnely commands my attention.

One of the uniform options in TNG. Like the jumpsuit, it's unisex and one-piece, but it ends in a skirt instead of the jumpsuit's pant legs. Most often seen in the background.
