I am convinced that if the Dems win the election that Obama's second priority, right after election security and financing, is to completely restructure our food safety net, including the FDA, USDA, and OSHA. Stuff like this happens a lot if you know where to look for the reports. Of course, both those priorities could be subsumed under 'cleaning up the corruption that flourished under Bush". Obama is enough of a populist that he might see some value in cleaning up our health and safety oversight agencies. I can only hope.
