if you don't cover my surgery that's it, amerihealth. take your 'customer service' and shove it up your ass you piece of shit company. the best thing you could possibly do for me right now is get my yes/no to me before the 12th. b/c if it's a no, i have the paperwork all lined up to go to blue cross. but of course you won't be able to do that, will you? b/c you're about as customer-service oriented as the rest of NJ.
