The clock change is fucking with me, as usual. I have two modes right now: want to take a shower mode and want to sleep mode, and I spend my waking hours cycling between them. Using my light at night helps, but I don't have the timing down and tonight I left it on too late, and I can feel I'm just coming down from it now, when I wanted to be in bed at 10. But yesterday I didn't have it on long enough and was still crashing around 7:30, so I think it needs to be on earlier, so it can be on longer before being turned off earlier. If that makes sense.
