Well, you needn't be. I rarely equate ppl with their musical choices. That being said, most ppl are intimidated by or afraid of me. As much as I think it's unwarranted, I really enjoy it :) lol
So, I TRY to maintain a masterworks list on my website (http://richhorner.com/main.php?page=masterworks). It's entirely concert works at this point as I've yet to hear a piece of non-concert music that I would consider a masterwork. There are some REALLY excellent pieces of post-concert music though, such as

People are often intimidated by me, also. It usually dimishes after the first encounter.
Do you listen to Kaada? I also dig Sleepy Time Gorilla Museum but ... I guess they're avant-garde. I don't know.
