*Nu is limping down a hallway, barely keeping herself upright by using the walls to help her.*

System... malfunction... all systems... offline...

*having been hospitalized after wandering into the Cave of Ordeals, she missed the announcement*

N-Nu? Raspberries! That damn scientist did this too didn't he!

Are you ok?

Nu is... unable to function properly...

Nu's systems are malfunctioning...

Nothing too major shut down did it? Your heart's still going right? You can still breathe right? If you need help making it to the restroom or something I'll be there!!

Nu's biological systems... are operating within expected parameters...

*suddenly, Nu's stomach growls. Normally her other systems regulated and took care of her biological needs, but...*

Are, you hungry Nu? I can get you something to eat! What kind of food do you like?

[mechanu]

Nu ... has never required food before.

[darkmastern]

You've... never eaten anything before?

Wow! That's pretty amazing!

But if you haven't tasted any food, maybe we can do this by smell alone, is there any food that you've smelled before that you enjoyed?

*more tummy rumblies*

*Beryl rummages around in her stuff, and as usual she has something healthy to eat, luckily for Nu it's not some crazy health snack, just an apple*

Here you go, try this out. Not only are they delicious, they're full of nutrients!

*Nu starts bringing up the apple to her face... going for the part where the little bit that connected it to the tree is*

No problem I hope you like I- woah, no, not that!

*She points to the, well, apple part of the apple*

Eat that, the red part. You aren't supposed to eat the stem.

*Nu bites down on the apple... and just kind of awkwardly hangs her mouth on it for a few seconds before finally biting down enough to tear off a piece and chew on it*

It... tastes good...

*she begins to quickly eat it... before biting into the core and flinching*

Oh, Sorry, I forgot to tell you that you shouldn't eat the core. It's pretty tough, and full of seeds, so it's not very good for you.

You you could plant it in the ground though, and after a few years, you'll have an apple tree! Or you could find someone who could make it grow faster too.

Was that enough to eat or would you like something else?

Nu is... still hungry.

Well that's not a surprise, I mean you haven't ever eaten anything in your entire life so you MUST be hungry. I myself sometimes go through thirty lunches in one day!

*Once again she saves the day with a snack, though this one doesn't seem nearly as tasty as the last. It is a little pudding cup. A GREEN pudding cup.*

Here you go, it's Zombie pudding! It may not be as nutritious as the apple, but a girl needs to eat some sweets from time to time too.

*And with that she opens it up and hands it to Nu, along with a little pink spoon with Raspberyl's signature skull at the end of it*
