FFVII. It was the reason I switched from Nintendo to Sony.

Has to be 7, altough I liked 8 a lot too. 7 just pips it because the whole 'monsters level with you' from 8 kinda threw me off.
4) Who are your three favourite FF characters?
Barret %&*%* of course! He *&*( rocked! Too bad they made him all gangsta in advent children. That kinda made me cringe. His role also diminished in the game when Shin-ra suddenly became pussies.
Always had a soft spot for Eiko too. She's so endearing and honest. Plus she had Full Life and Holy, and wimpy emo 'can't concentrate' Dagger didn't.
Edgar was cool. He had a chainsaw. Nuff said.
5) Who are your three least liked FF characters?
Steiner was the dumbest, worst suck up ever. And he worse mascara and he had the most annoying sound when he moved. Did become the second most powerful char in the game though, after Zidane.
Setzer. His defining personality trait was that he owned an airship and liked women. Wow, I'm impressed. Maybe if he started smoking, wielding lances, swore a lot and had a dream of reaching space or something he would have been cool. Also had the worst battle system. Abilities depending on luck in fights where one mistake can cost you = not a good idea.
Yuffie. Argh Yuffie! get yer damn hands off my materiaand get out of that pot, that was the worst side quest ever!

8, its the one I downloaded the most pieces from. The Dollet Landing just sets the mood so perfectly

Kefka was just mad, pure and simple. If he wasnt so pixelated I would have picked him, but in the end, it just has to be Sephi, for the way he walked away from a burning Nibelheim.

Materia made the most strategic system, altough draw made your chars pretty customizable as well.

Blue magic. Ugh, I have to search out a rare monster, then control it, let myself be hit with it in order to get a magic thats inferior to something I already have?

Brahne/Quina. That they would make a whole bunch of lovely children.
