change of plans
It's been a while, hasn't it guys?
I suppose that's because livejournal is an outlet best used for mopeyness and several assorted types of angst. I, however, seem to have a handle on things. So as they say: Party on Wayne.

And although no news is indeed good news, it also is pretty vague so I figured I should let you all know what I've been up to. Finished classes not too long ago, although the amount of time I've put between myself and finals seems to be beyond me at the moment (gee, I wonder why). Aside form that it's been a pretty standard cocktail of hanging out with friends and putting some time in at the desk at Gelb.
I've actually been putting a little chunk of time aside to write a comic for Abby. It's been weird for me to work in a fictional context, but I'm having a lot of fun with it. I should have most of the groundwork laid out for my story some time this week, and I have the blocking for a good chunk of the beginning finished. Mo has agreed to take a look at it for me once I have things a bit more together and I can't wait to get the feedback. Abby has already looked at most of what I've gotten ready for her, but I haven't gotten much more of her opinion passed "dude use smaller words in your notes." I hope she digs what I'm putting together as I'm trying to take some of her stylistic tendencies into consideration when creating characters.
