Damn it hot here
Well New Years was good ... but that hot that the air-conditioner failed.
Was the hottest day on record here in Sydney.
We had 49.5 deg C here (121 deg F) ... IN THE SHADE
I put a thermometer out at the shed in the sun .. it exploded when it got to 60 Deg C (140 deg F)
Or airconditioner finally turned back on at 10pm when the temps dropped back down to 35 deg C.
The bushfires are starting up now and have been pretty savage as well ... but we got some rain this morning though so that has helped a bit.
I can't wait for Summer to be over.
I went out for a drive yesterday ... because I knew the air-conditioner in my ute works perfectly ... the cabin was an icebox in 2 minutes.
