New floors in the house
Well ... we finally got the last bit of tiling done in the house ... the front double door entrance way and the kitchen were tiled the other day ... now it meets flush up against the timber floors nicely. Kitchen has been transformed heaps now ... looks much newer and fresher .. also a lot brighter as well.
Now to get more work done outside ... like the concreting .. there's a 100m (30ft) driveway along with a slab for the new water tank and the path around the side of the house as well ... going to need quite a few cement trucks in to get it all done ... and also going to have to fork about $15K-$20K for it all as well.
The i have to run power down to the back shed as well ... that's not going to be easy ... have to dig a 100m (30ft) trench down to it and run the power underground ... more work.
Oh well ... my weekends have been busy ... thanks goodness the painting and the floors are finished now.
I still have no spare time ... it's either work at Optus .. work for the courier company ... or work at the new house ... my spare time consists of sleep.
