God I am lazy ... or busy ... or both
Well it was sometime in September last year that I updated this Journal.
I have been busy really ... I have changed my 2nd job to a larger courier company.
So i am super busy now ... I get about 4 days off work a month ... Bec isn't the happiest about it .. but it pays the mortgage.
My 2nd job i don't have to work if i don't want to ... but i choose to.
Just about finished rennovating the new house.
Bought a dual occupancy place out on 10 acres (Bec has about 9 horses now)
Bec's brother and his wife are moving in the other house connected to ours, which makes it a lot easier to afford the mortgage.
I was able to purchase the majority of this property from an inheritance that I received from a Great Aunt. It has made getting a piece of land affordable ... I was able to buy a new car (Ford Territory AWD - Wheels Magazine Car Of The Year - Australian Only designed model) to tow the horse float with and also got myself a 3 year old Ford Falcon utility (my work ute ... and run-around vehicle) on LPG (a third of the price of normal unleaded petrol).
So ... at the moment we have finished the painting .. about to put down the floating floor boards ... have changed one of the garages to an entranceway and extra room with bathroom ... new doors and lights throughout the place ... we are about to build a stable block out the back along with a full size equestrian sand arena too.
We still have to fix the driveway up a bit .. and get power down to the back shed ... but that can be done later. We haven't moved in yet ... we will when the interior of the house has been completed.
I can't wait ... it's gonig to be good ... except the extra travelling time ... but I am not too bothered with it though.
That's about all.
Oh Wedding date has been set for 25th September 2006 (I think it is that date ... well ... that weekend anyway ... hee hee.
