It appears that either the outbreak of Apathy Syndrome has been contained, or it was, as predicted by several of those who responded to me, only a curse. My limited knowledge of the City leads me to believe the latter. I apologize for causing undue concern and alarm in the citizens of this place.
...if there are no Shadows here, there will be no need for my specialized combat capabilities. I estimate that this is for the best, as outside of my own world and the complex interactions between its environment and its people that allow me certain powers, I would be at a disadvantage against Shadows.
