Back at Home
Made it back to Martinsville on Sunday. Unpacked the truck and got a few things out that we needed. It was definatly a long trip, but could have been worse. Dad and I left Thursday and drove up to Canada. Nothing too big on the drive there, just the usual boring drive. Friday we got the moving truck and filled it up.
I was truely surprised at the amount of things that Tara had. And the other scary thing about it, 50% of the stuff was probably children's toys. If my calculations are correct, the kids have enough toys and such to last them until they are 16. I think another 25% was fancy clothes for the children, then the other 25% was furniture, Tara's clothes, and Scrapbooking stuff.
All joking aside, it was a good trip, and everything seems to have arrived without too much incident. Everything unloaded easy, we were able to get a few things unpacked and make the place livable, and everyone is pretty happy.
