Vacation! beginning...
I left a day after I was supposed to, but got a free (much nicer!) hotel room out of the deal.
Beginning: being in Denver made me feel like such a god damn yokel!!! Seriously, I love the small town of Laramie, thought I miss some "big city" things. However, getting lost and feeling like a total idiot is not fun! We did have a yummy meal at a GOOD Johnny Rocket's though.
So far in Virginia, I've had a shopping spreeeeeee...
I found some cute stuff at H&M. Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately) not everything I lurved was in my size. I also bought some new mini body butters at the Body Shop and some various types of needed noodles at Super H Mart (a big Asian supermarket, mostly Korean). We even had dinner there and it was one of the best meals I've had in awhile. Satisfying for my body and soul...
And for tonight's dessert: A "shark pop". I haven't had one since we lived in Korea!
My Mom is still kinda nutty, but so far we haven't gotten into any fights (yay!). Sara and Adam are wearing me out, and Andrew is quite a little sweetie, pretty mellow...
What is left for the agenda? The beach one day, a hopefully delicous vegan birthday cake, and Angela and I are getting a spa day, too! Facials, manicures and pedicures (first time!). Woo!
I miss James a lot though. I'm glad that we got an extra day to bum around in Denver, and that we will have time to hang together when I get back. ^_____^
