Happy New Year
I think it has been a year almost since my last entry.
So, for 2008 I have decided to try to make a good effort to be greener. I was surfing the internets this evening and found this interesting and helpful website on recycing ideas. Some tips are good... some are just plain nuts. It is entertaining anyway!

So, my life since last year...
There is Gordon... my awesome meteorologist boyfriend. I met him online oddly, last year. A few of my friends down here were trying the online thing so I gave it a whorl for a week. Gordon was the only person I really talked to though... This is the most serious relationship I have been in. I cant think of anyone more perfect for me!
I am coordinating a medical mission trip to Nicaragua in March. If you would like to help me, I need all the vitamins I can possibly get my hands on. Or anything else you think I could use on a medical mission trip! We (medical/dental students and professionals) will be working in rural areas outside Managua.
I am finishing up my 2nd year of medical school, which is hard (it is med school, I know). I am looking forward to starting rotations in July! I am a bit apprehensive about my first boards in June...
Im still getting used to Florida. I miss the midwest A LOT and I just came home from a wonderful vacation in Chicago. I got to see a lot of family and friends. Break is a nice reminder that there is life outside of med school and it is good.
