i think i'm living incorrectly. i'm always tired, no matter how much sleep i have or haven't had, i think my skin looks dull, i can't get motivated to do anything more than what i absolutely have to do (i haven't really even felt like shopping!), even though i've hardly been spending any money, i don't have any. this weekend was good though.

i used to feel like that. I started waking up in the morning, drinking coffee and eating breakfast, having a little zen and then going to yoga and now i feel a lot better.
