oh my gosh. this is about judge alito. he voted that it was okay that a policeman shot this 15 year old black kid because he had possibly broken into a house and the policeman said "stop" and he kept climbing the fence and the policeman shot him in the back of the head. he had a purse and $10 on him. isn't that crazy!!! one of the other judges said "it is better that all felons die than for any of them to get away." isn't that insane!!!??
man, i hope this guy doesn't get on the supreme court.
