My dad texted me saying there was mail from Japan Foundation. So I immediately called home and right after he picked up, I asked, 'Small or big??', thinking if it was thicker, its a 'Congratulations!' letter, and if it's an ordinary mail, it's a 'Better Luck Next Time" letter.
He said, "it looks like a normal mail'
My heart thumped even faster but my smile faltered. It wasn't that hard and I thought I got a lot of correct answers...
"Can you please open it? What did it say?'
"Now? Why don't you open it tomorrow when you arrived."
"I won't go home tomorrow. Open it now please"
Seconds...a minute or 2..
"it says,'PASSED'"
"Is my grade in there?'
