I'm graduating in 16 days. From college. In 16 days.
And yeah, I'm a little scared. Yes, I'm excited. And yes, I'm definitely sad.
I complain about Wofford alot. It's slight undertones of the good ol boy system in college politics, the homogeneity of the student body, the conservative presence on campus. But I really am going to miss it. The sheer availability of the faculty, not to mention the parties, conferences, tailgates and other events we attended with them like their friends, not just their students. I'll miss the school that busts its ass during the week to party it off on the weekends. I still say that if you normalize the data, Wofford could hold its own against the both the academic rigors of the Ivy League and the parties of the big universities. Easily.
I'm going to miss it terribly. Wofford isn't just an academic institution that I attended for 4 years. Wofford is home now and I have to leave home. It's a little sad.
