THIS is momentous!!!
My contractor is coming next weekend to "do" my entry way. This is huge as it will mark the LAST big step to completing the downstairs AND a major leap forward in the upstairs!!!! He is going to do the plaster repair and texture and rip out a wall out upstairs and frame in the new door - all very exciting!!!!
I will of course lay the hardwood floor, paint and install a floor to ceiling bookcase - woot!!! I am thinking that I am going to paint it gray with one wall in vertical gray on gray stripes, black trim and my dark floors.
Yes people for this year's Day of the Dead Party (Nov 7th is the tentative date for anyone interested)you will be thrilled by the sites of my almost completed house.
