This is the permissions list for OOC (out of character), activity.
Answer the following questions with "yes" or "no", as well as additional information if desired.
Backtagging: Yes- I am a terrible logger/tagger at the best of times, so this is very much encouraged.
Threadhopping: Yes within reason.
Fourthwalling: It depends entirely on the person and the setting I think all things considered. Just... Keep it as tasteful as possible, considering his time period (Stalinist Russia/Operation Barbarossa/Soviet atrocities).
Offensive subjects (elaborate): As said above, this guy is set near the start of the Great Purge/Operation Barbarossa. Because of this, later atrocities committed during soviet rule I'd rather be kept out of conversations if possible, as it's unnecessary and to some people are very sensitive subjects; other Hetalians be especially careful. While I can forgive characters outside of the fandom who wouldn't be so commited to history I've had more than a few times hetalia players have vomited unwarranted, trigger-worthy IC wank at me and it's caused offense elsewhere. I don't like being wiped in other people's wank at the best of times.
Other than that there's not much you can't throw at me- I'm a big boy and so's my soviet.

Answer the following questions with "yes" or "no", as well as additional information if desired. With IC permissions, it's a good idea to elaborate on what other players can expect from your character if they choose to do any of the following:
Hugging this character: You can, but expect some sort of retaliation
Kissing this character: You have to be very very close, and again, unless it's been a while, expect some retaliation
Flirting with this character: You can, you can even expect some flirting in return.
Fighting with this character: COME AT ME BRO.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): I actually have no limits other than those imposed in the games I am in. I'd prefer it if he can crawl away at the end of it, but it's not necessarily needed.
Killing this character: He's actually been 'killed' quite a few times, and zombiefied on a couple of occasions, so it'd be somewhat hypocritical to say 'no' now.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Go for it- it should be one hell of a mindfuck to do so.
Warnings: This guy is heavily based on the Soviet Union/Stalinist Russia. That should be warning enough. If it's not I will elaborate;
He is not a very nice person at the best of times, it's unlikely he will care about you, all the while talking about how wonderful he is and that you are the best of friends. Saying that though he does have his moments, just... Don't take them for granted.
