(no subject)
my parents were in town today (by coincidence it's valentine's day). usually they get me something nice for valentine's seeing that i am the good kid who doesn't date. usually it's like, cds, dvds.. usually something expensively nice. they gave me a box of truffles and some nutella. number one: i can't eat either. number two: who gives someone nutella for valentine's day?
i'm appreciative for the gifts, really. but um... have they no been paying attention for over a year and a half?
i've got so much homework tonight. my friends are all out with their significant others. im alone with my chemistry.
but admitting that this hurts alot only means that the corporate man wins, so i will choose to say i am apathetic about the whole deal. just because im not happy doesn't mean the world shouldn't be.
