(no subject)
Hello livejournal. I switched to BookFace for all my internet tube needs, and that is why I don't use you. I just don't "blog" anymore and can't see myself doing it in the future.
But ahhhhh, little updates-ies.
Iknowrite. Mearen the ice-queen who shuts men down before they get a chance to talk, let down her walls and married a boy. His name is Robert, and he is beautiful. He loves Jesus, he is a total nerd, looks like Harry Potter, makes me laugh, drives me everywhere in his little Honda, holds my hand whenever he can, and comes home to me every night. He makes me a better person and a better Christian, and I need that.
It kinda freaks me out, how I got here. Sometimes I just don't understand how I can have all the things I have in my life right now. I mean, I made so many bad choices and stuff. When did I suddenly deserve a loving husband and friends who care about me? Maybe I deserved it all along, I don't know. I wish I could have met him earlier.
But we're here now, and it's totally good. It's good like an oreo brownie blizzard treat in your mouth. Like real good.
We turned in an application for an apartment today. Let me tell you something: Apartment shopping blows. You think it will be fun, but it blows. Every place you can afford is shady and if you happen to find one that isn't, it's because the craigslist ad is misleading and actually much more expensive, etc... Anyway we just really need a a place of our own. Living with my parents is... challenging. And it's not a fun challenge, like chess. No. Not like chess.
I can't wait to be all married and going on trips to IKEA to decorate our little home with... And I'll be in the kitchen wearing nothing but an apron, baking and cooking... :)
Also, we play wow together. And we're T0T4LLY L33T with our paladin and hunter and druids. We kick ass.
