I KNOW.

Although, I have to say, one possibly good thing abotu the whole strike situation is that it's gotten me a lot more invested in Torchwood and Doctor Who. DW especially, because I always liked TW, but a couple of weeks ago I just had NO TV TO WATCH and decided to resort to Doctor Who reruns and realized that the show was actually a lot better than my initial impressions of it. And that David Tennant is a cutie.

Still though. NEED MY HOUSE AND 30 ROCK NAO PLZ.

I have NEVER seen an episode of Doctor Who, because I never see it on the tv guide! Is it showtime? Or like British... BBC or something? Same with Torchwood. Maybe I just have a terrible eye.
IDK.

I'm going to watch that first episode of House and be like, "How did I survive without this?" I just know it

Both shows are British so it does take a couple weeks for episodes to show up on American TV after they air in the UK. Torchwood is on BBCA on Saturdays, I think Doctor Who might be Sundays or something, and I think SciFi runs Doctor Who sometimes too but I'm not sure. Mostly though I just BitTorrent all the new episodes. The new Torchwood episodes have crazy amounts of seeders after they air so it shouldn't be too hard to get ahold of them if you really want to ( ... )

Hahaha. Mankissing ftw! I think I will BitTorrent it up and try a few episodes. I definitely want to download dr. who. I suppose I'll just start off with the pilot and go through season one.

Bloody freaking hell I've missed House/Wilson.

I haven't seen the pilot of Doctor Who actually, I've just seen all the episodes with John Barrowman in them and then whatever episodes come on the telly on SciFi or BBCA. Torchwood I've seen all of, though, and I guess for TW I would recommend starting with the pilot, because honesly, I don't think I could pick one episode to start out with. It's one of those shows that isn't really that good in and of itself, and yet it's totally loveable for several reasons, mostly the characters, I think. So I guess just start with the pilot and work up because it really works best as a whole cumulative effect than just the individual episodes.

I've unfortunately fallen kind of out of love with H/W. I'm still absolutely rooting for them and am really excited for what looks to be some further development of their crazy-ass relationship, but I'm not OMGWTFBBQ SO OBSESSED like I used to be. 'S unfortunate but what can you do?

Good plan! :)

You know what. I have not seen an episode of house since the strike. No re-runs or youtube clips or anything. I have such a short attention span, and if they are not there for me, I lose them quickly. Of course I will start watching again and get back into it when the new episodes air... but I must admit I've lost the fandom somewhere along the way.

:CC

How sad. I was really into them. Srs. Srs into them..
