Notes for the Psychics: Canonically it isn't possible to read a vampire's mind, but that may not apply to psychics who aren't from the Buffyverse. If you can read her mind, what you see is pretty much what you get. Even though Harmony is capable of scheming, she's incredibly transparent about it. If you're a supernatural type, you might be able to sense that she's a vamp.
As for spiritual types who can sense spiritual power and the like: she has no soul. Just a demon where it used to be.
