Aizen Sousuke has once more returned to the city, though such a thing hardly goes without notice.
On the matter of departures as noted by the Hall of the Missing, the Arrancar ranked fifth in his army has once more left.
Unfortunately, reports also confirm the departure of Kuchiki Byakuya, and once more, Hisagi Shuuhei and Matsumoto Rangiku.

It is interesting how the city works. I had truly thought that given the events last year in this month, that the city would once more behave in such a fashion. I see that I was wrong, and I am grateful for that.
That being said, I will still not be dressing up, for I believe it inadvisable to look a gift horse in the mouth. Candy will be made available, assuming people can actually do this 'Trick-or-Treat' thing. Who knows.. Maybe the Deities want to go out with a bang..
