Wedding stuff
I have the flu now, but other than that, I feel pretty good. It's about time for me to start getting the ball rolling for details of the wedding. Things I need to do:
- Go wedding dress shopping (and actually try on dresses). I think I want a mermaid style dress.
- Pick out dresses for the maids.
- Pick out color(s) for the wedding. (I think I want black with light pink details.)
- Go to Pat Catans and look at wedding stuff such as wedding invitations and other things to get ideas for invitations, flower arrangements, decorations and such.
- Get a photographer.
- Book a band?
- Pick out wedding bands.
- Get registered at Target and Crate and Barrel.
- Send out e-mails or post cards for "save the date."
- Do we want do a honeymoon right after?
I am pretty much set on doing a 40's style wedding as I am in love with that time period.
For those of you that have already been through this, is there anything I am forgetting?
